Celebrating Chris St. Pierre’s 10-Year Achievement as a Ford Senior Master Technician

We are thrilled to announce that Chris St. Pierre, Senior Master Technician at Empire Ford, has been honored with a prestigious award from Ford Motor Company for maintaining his rank of Senior Master Technician for 10 years. This remarkable achievement highlights Chris’s dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence in automotive repair and maintenance.

Becoming a Ford Senior Master Technician is no small feat. It is the highest level of certification a technician can achieve, requiring years of hard work, extensive training, and ongoing education. To reach this elite status, a technician must first complete Ford Master Technician training, which involves over 550 hours of schooling and the successful completion of multiple certification exams. Additionally, the technician must have at least five years of experience working at a Ford or Lincoln dealership.

The road to becoming a Senior Master Technician doesn’t stop there. To earn this coveted title, Chris had to pass a comprehensive certification test and stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology through continuous training. The training program covers an extensive range of topics, including engine performance, electrical systems, drivability, and chassis systems. It also requires mastery in gas and diesel engine repair, drivetrain, chassis, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, climate control, and much more.

Chris’s dedication to his craft is evident in his 29 years with Ford Motor Company and his six years with Empire Ford. His technical expertise and unwavering commitment to staying ahead of the curve in the fast-evolving world of automotive technology make him an invaluable asset to our team and to the customers we serve.
