He took the time to dig in to the problems even just over the phone before I brought the vehicle in. Then researched the issue, offered fixes, and then actually did them. He also observed the vehicle over several days to make sure the issue was truly resolved and didn't over promise then under deliver. The service I needed was completed. Communication could use some improvement. My truck was there for two full days with no call or update by the end of the first day so I called the next morning. They said someone would call me mid day with an update. No call. So I tried calling around 4:45 pm because I needed my vehicle to leave on vacation the next day. No answer.
