Today is Saturday, 27 June 2026. My wife and I really love our Ford Explorer and we received an offer for a buyback from Empire Ford and Fall River. Our vehicle that we traded in was a Ford Explorer 2023, which we purchased from Empire Ford also. We love Empire Ford. Our main sales person will keep coming back to again and again is Robert McMahon MCMAHON. He helps the customer walk through all the various phases of purchasing a vehicle with your first vehicle or your 10th vehicle. The experience that empire floor was tremendous today we had received a offer in the mail to come in on this state and to receive a certain price for our buyback of our vehicle along with bonuses. Because I’m a military veteran I was also able to get receiving an additional $500 from Ford using the ID app. I felt that we received a very fair price for a vehicle we traded in and we are a static with the new vapor blue color of our new 2026 Ford Explorer and it’s the active model. Highly recommend they get five stars to empire Ford clean the restrooms clean the service. Everybody’s extremely polite from the finance person to the sales clerk. I came in at 9 AM and drove home at noon time within three hours. Everything was the paperwork done license plate changed on the vehicle. Any ID details decals were taken off the vehicle. So my wife and I are very, very happy highly recommend empire Ford Fall River mass.

Cindy at service is the most professional at her position , when i walked in i knew she was good and made me leave with a smile , very hard these days so i am grateful for her help today and now my truck is fixed and a shout out to all her mechanics they are all professional as well

Fantastic experience with Kevin and the whole team. We bought our commercial van here, a 2026 Transit 150. Not only did they exceed our expectations on the sale and financing, but Kevin worked to get us connected with an upfit company as well. He handled everything; from getting my specs and drawings to the upfitter to arranging delivery and pick up with them as well. Anytime there was an issue or a bump in the process (which there were very few) it was handled with professionalism and promptness. There were a lot of "moving parts" and logistics in this process because of our specific needs. Kevin took them all on and handled them with poise. Can't reccomend this place enough for anyone's commercial or personal needs. I will be back when we are ready to expand our fleet. Thank you Kevin and the entire team at Empire Ford.

I’ve been a customer for two years! I have to say this past week my truck had issues and I brought it back to Ford. I had plans for a trip to NY for the parade and I was at the 11th hour.
