This is the second time in a row I have had numerous problems getting my car picked up for service. Took me 3days just to make the appt. When I did the pick up time was 9:30 and no one showed up after talking to 3 people on the phone and many excuses the vehicle was finally picked up at noon time or so. Hard to say cause I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change cause someone hit a telephone pole and they lost power

The sales person was great. The truck is wonderful. Literally everything else was terrible. While the dealership has changed hands over the years, this is the second time I purchased a vehicle from this physical location. It will be my last. Communication was poor; the process was clunky, and ultimately I had to negotiate my way out of a huge problem. If I could do it all over again, I would have purchased my F150 from a different dealership. Love the truck; did not enjoy the experience.
I had my car in for a recall repair, I brought it in on a Friday and they did not give a loner car for the weekend. I don't get my car back until the end of Monday. By law you are supposed to give me a loner during a recall repair that lasts more than a day. His excuse was that all loners were out. Well then you should have gotten me a rental car then, but he refused. I had important things during that weekend to get to and then somehow get to work on Monday. My ...
