We came in for an advertised repo sale, but it was just a scam to get people through the door. They had no cars from a repo sale and absolutely nothing in my friend's budget, but we only learned that after running the gauntlet of pressure. They repeatedly pushed to get our contact information, even after being told no. They would not just show us what they had without trying to pressure us to run credit and force my friend into a car he could not afford. When we refused, they actually lectured us about financing. The behavior of the staff was deeply unprofessional, predatory, and uncomfortable. Two men stared at me intensely when I walked in, and they kept staring even after we sat down with a salesperson. I was understandably nervous after this intense stare-down. I clearly felt they did not enjoy my presence, both because of who I am and because I refused to let my friend fall prey to their games. Later, a salesman (possibly the manager) actually told my friend when I wasn't nearby that I was "crazy or unhinged" while making a derogatory hand gesture behind my back. They targeted me simply for protecting my friend from their high-pressure tactics and because of who I am. I have worked in sales for years myself, and this kind of behavior is beyond unacceptable. Even if you are hurting for a commission, you need to have some basic human decency. This place has zero tact, zero respect for budgets, and an incredibly toxic atmosphere. Save your time and your sanity by going somewhere else.

Empire dealership is the same stereotype as any dealer. Excited, helpful, over the top before the deal is signed. Once the deal is signed, difficult to deal with, not as helpful, need to wait to talk to other employees with questions, late in returning money due to customer. The sale person seems to be trying, but he was really a puppet from the rude individuals pulling the strings. After taking for a test drive, I told the salesperson the vehicle had warped front rotors, but the salesperson played it down and stated it has to meet high quality standards. I am a former auto mechanic and still service several family vehicles. You can't fool me and now that I have been driving the vehicle for about 500 miles, I now have to set a side some time to replace the front rotors. This dealership is definitely better than the Ford Dealership in South Hold, NY. That dealership I will never return, no matter for what reason. They are rude even before the sale !!! In summary, if this dealer has the vehicle you want, it is worth dealing with them. I would not drive 4+ hours (round trip) to deal with an average dealer when we have them just down the street in town.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Grieco Ford of Raynham I purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer from Grieco Ford of Raynham, and what should have been a straightforward purchase has turned into an extremely frustrating experience. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a clunking noise and an issue with the blind spot sensor. I brought the vehicle back, and after my own mechanic inspected it, I was told it needed a front driver's-side control arm. My Explorer has now been sitting at the dealership for TWO WEEKS, and the communication and lack of progress have been unacceptable. A couple of days after dropping it off, someone called to tell me they hadn't forgotten about my vehicle. That was the only reassurance I received for days. When I stopped by the dealership while dropping off a work vehicle and asked for an update, I was told it was still being diagnosed. Later that week, I was then told that the technician couldn't find the control arm issue and asked if I could come in and go for a ride with the technician to point it out. Seriously? I work for a living. I don't have the time to repeatedly chase down updates or take time out of my workday to help a Ford-certified technician diagnose a problem that should be investigated and addressed by the dealership's service department. I brought the vehicle back because there is a problem, and I expect the professionals servicing it to take the necessary steps to identify and resolve it. Even more concerning is that this vehicle was purchased with a 30-day warranty. The dealership has now had the vehicle for two weeks, and for approximately the first week, it was supposedly still being diagnosed. Now I'm left with the warranty to expire while my vehicle sits in their shop, only for me to be told later that the issue they couldn't find is suddenly my financial responsibility. I should not have to worry about being stuck paying for a repair on a vehicle I just purchased because the dealership has failed to properly diagnose the problem in a timely manner. I also shouldn't have to wonder if I'll have to start this entire process all over again. The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. When someone buys a used vehicle from a dealership, they expect problems that arise immediately after purchase to be taken seriously, especially when the vehicle is returned during the warranty period. Instead, I've spent two weeks waiting, chasing updates, and worrying that the delay will cost me money. I expected much better from Grieco Ford of Raynham. At this point, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. I hope management takes this seriously and makes things right by properly diagnosing and repairing the issues and honoring the warranty based on when the vehicle was brought in, rather than leaving me responsible for problems that were reported while the warranty was still in effect.
