This is the second time in a row I have had numerous problems getting my car picked up for service. Took me 3days just to make the appt. When I did the pick up time was 9:30 and no one showed up after talking to 3 people on the phone and many excuses the vehicle was finally picked up at noon time or so. This happened last time I attempted to have this service. It got to be late in the afternoon to car no phone call so I had to call again to ask about my car. I finally arrived home late in the afternoon. Also I called Marina Smith 4 times he never answered and never returned my calls. He knows why I was calling him. I am in the market for a new car my 2019 Edge xx has only 10K miles and is like new a very attractive trade in which won't happen at your dealership. Terrible service not the actually work but the administrative part of it and even worse communication.

After I bought the car I noticed the car has many scratches in the front, back and both sides that I did not pay attention when I was test driving it. I think they should’ve told me and be honest about those scratches before I bought the car.. Anastasia was nice to me and she was very professional.
