The sales person was great. The truck is wonderful. Literally everything else was terrible. While the dealership has changed hands over the years, this is the second time I purchased a vehicle from this physical location. It will be my last. Communication was poor; the process was clunky, and ultimately I had to negotiate my way out of a huge problem. If I could do it all over again, I would have purchased my F150 from a different dealership. Love the truck; did not enjoy the experience.
I had my car in for a recall repair, I brought it in on a Friday and they did not give a loner car for the weekend. I don't get my car back until the end of Monday. By law you are supposed to give me a loner during a recall repair that lasts more than a day. His excuse was that all loners were out. Fantastic experience with Kevin and the whole team. We bought our commercial van here, a 2026 Transit 150. Not only did they exceed our expectations on the sale and financing, but Kevin worked to get us connected with an upfit company as well. He handled everything; from getting my specs and drawings to the upfitter to arranging delivery and pick up with them as well. I’ve been a customer for two years! I have to say this past week my truck had issues and I brought it back to Ford. I had plans for a trip to NY for the parade and I was at the 11th hour. Sales and finance was great. Joe and Roberto were very easy to work with. It seems the truck was never put through the shop to check it out, I found out on rt128 the brakes were not good as there's a big thump like a warped rotor, and the oil was not changed as the sticker reads 6/14/26 or 35000 miles, truck had 30000 when I bought it. Also has an open recall for trailer light module software. Otherwise good experience. Service appt was set for the brakes Joe (salesman) made that happen.
The Only thing I didnt like was finding out about Robotic you give info too. Kasey is so polite, made sure to order my plate bracket for front of car. He got me into the car I wanted. Chris the runner to help me with Vin Check.
Just bought my 2023 F150 xlt. Probably the easiest purchase I had. Nobody likes going to car dealerships, but Joe F. Was great to work with as well as Roberto. After driving I found the brakes need work, I reached out and in about an hour the service writer was on the phone to set up and appointment. Great communication and transparency. Thanks for the painless. Update All issues that arose after the deal, were resolved after speaking with Bryce and Tyler. No issues all is good!

I started there after my father was already working there, and he taught several of them little tricks of the trade. Let's just say and you have no idea how much I miss him. When requesting a copy of the receipt, the service reps were helpful and friendly. This isn't' the first time I have used First Ford and I will certainly continue to use them. Work was done in record time. A complicated job usually taking 10 to 12 hours was done in 5 hours.
I was sold through Facebook and had a whole different experience when I got there. Nothing but run arounds and stress. When I was there, another woman was yelling and complaining how she also had to wait too long for her car. Had to wait over a week for my car and caught my salesman in lies. He was fired next day. I’ve had my car almost a month and have NO paperwork I’ve been promised since I got the car. I Don’t recommend this place at all.
My experience purchasing a vehicle here was disappointing overall. The process felt very unorganized, with a clear lack of setting expectations from the start. Communication was inconsistent and often unclear, which made what should have been an exciting purchase unnecessarily frustrating. What stood out most was the poor communication throughout the process and a response that felt unrepentant when concerns were raised. While the sales staff was friendly, the overall handling of the transaction did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made to better support future customers.

Sold me a car with bad brakes. Brought it back, they had for 3 days & still didn’t fix correctly. Made another appointment to drive with tech, I showed up and was told they didn’t have time. Now I will be having to fix myself. Would never purchase a car from there again.

What originally was a basic oil change(3rd of March) turned into truck blowing white smoke following day(March 4) Towed back to dealership and on March 5 was told seal on turbo 1 gone. Agreed to have job done($6000) on March 13th worked on water pump/timing belt hadn't touched turbo yet. Following Monday(16th) called them and they discovered second turbo had damage $$$ said to replace. Agreed. FINALLY got truck back on the 20th. Austin the Sales guy was a rookie, but he did a great job. His manager was right there to help. Overall a pleasant experience. The pressure to buy additional add on in the finance office was not a pleasant experience. Someone needs to change that formula. It is rather intimidating and high pressure.
