The Ford Escape S
The Ford Escape S can seat 5 passengers (like the rest of the trim levels) and is equipped with a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine that can deliver up to 168 horsepower and gets a combined 25 mpg of highway and city driving. The Ford Escape S trim level also comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive and generally starts at a lower price point than the other trims.
For optimal customizability, drivers can choose from 7 exterior color options and wheel options.
The Ford Escape SE
If you're looking for slightly more fuel economy and efficiency, the Ford Escape SE could be for you. Equipped with a 1.5L EcoBoost engine, drivers can enjoy up to 30mpg of highway driving and auto start-stop. With the back seats folded down, the Ford Escape SE (and other trims) can also easily accommodate up to 68 cubic feet of cargo space.
The Ford Escape SE also has a slightly upgraded interior with 10-way driver seating for optimal comfort and support and paddle shifters on the wheel for a sharper ride.
The Ford Escape SEL
Drivers looking for luxury will not be disappointed with the Ford Escape SEL. Available in both FWD and AWD options, the Ford Escape SEL has leather-trimmed seats, a leather shifter, and an upgraded infotainment system on the center dash. For even more connectivity features, be sure to try out FordPass Connect--the available app that allows remote lock and unlock, FordPay for service, parking reservation capability, and more.
Other upgrades include the addition of convenience features like glass coated side mirrors (anti-fog for changing temps), hands-free power liftgate, and the strength and kick to hit up to 179 horsepower. To make it your own, choose from 9 total color options.
The Ford Escape Titanium
For the strongest and most luxurious in the trim level lineup, look to the Ford Escape Titanium. The Titanium comes with a 2L EcoBoost engine that allows the SUV to tow up to 2,000 pounds and deliver up to an impressive 245 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque.
To give drivers more confidence on the road and make driving less stressful, the Ford Escape Titanium comes with a host of safety features including a blind spot information system, cross traffic alert, enhanced active park assist, and adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning. Additional tech features also include the same Sync 3 system in the SEL and a 10 speaker in-cabin sound system from Sony for an unparalleled listening experience.
