EXPERIENCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Empire Ford is searching for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our fast growing Service Department. We are a high volume, high energy team dedicated to delivering the best customer experience around.

Annual earning potentials: $50K - $120K

PARTS ADVISOR

Empire Ford is searching for a Parts Advisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our fast growing Parts Department. Ford experience is helpful. We are a high volume, high energy team dedicated to delivering the best customer experience around.

Candidate should enjoy working with the public and have a friendly and out-going personality. We are a team-oriented company looking for someone who displays a positive attitude when working with customers and co-workers. Must be responsible, courteous and professional.

Candidate must be:
Detail oriented, able to work independently and manage his or her time and workflow.

Must be alert to sales opportunities by taking the time to ask customers questions and provide information about parts and service.
Must research the availability of certain parts, either within the retail facility or from other sources if necessary and must search parts numbers using the computer.
Two years of Automotive Parts experience necessary. Prior Ford parts experience helpful and knowledge of wholesale parts a plus.
Portuguese and Spanish speaking a plus.

$2,000.00 sign on bonus to qualified candidate. Probationary period required.

SERVICE ADVISOR

We need an Experienced Ford Certified Service Advisor who is an expert in the art and science of customer service. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service techs. Greet service department customers promptly and courteousl attitude is everything!
Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Sell and manage extended warranties
Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Compensation
$3,000.00 sign on bonus to qualified candidates.

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies. We offer the highest compensation packages in New England. Waiting period may apply.

BDC INTERNET REPRESENTATIVE

Empire Automotive Group is now for a BDC Representative. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but is NOT required. Immediate and ongoing training provided. Recent high-volume phone experience and excellent computer skills are a MUST! Automotive BDC Representative Responsibilities:

Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Provide excellent customer service

Automotive BDC Representative Requirements:
Minimum of 1 Year BDC Experience preferred but NOT required
Experience working in an automotive BDC preferred.
Experience handling in/outbound calls
Will be on the phone and computer all day.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Thrive in fast paced environment
Ability to work well independently
Strong PC and Internet Skills
