AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are expanding our Service Dept. and are looking to hire more full-time Automotive Technicians with a minimum of 2 years experience. Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair components; communicate with others; willingness and ability to maintain current product technical knowledge, ability to estimate time of service or repair of job for efficient scheduling; knowledge of parts requirements to complete a job; ability to comply with quality control and inspection requirements; self-starter who is organized and dependable. 

 

Must have a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicant must  thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demonstrated communication and excellent people skills. 

 

Must be able to perform basic computer skills and will be trained on how to use our internal system.  

Portuguese and Spanish speaking a plus.

BDC Sales Manager

Job Description

Empire Automotive Group is now hiring a BDC Sales Manager. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but is NOT required. Immediate and ongoing training provided. Three years of BDC experience required. Recent high volume phone experience and excellent computer skills are a MUST! Our ideal candidate must be extremely organized, excel with written and verbal communication and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

· Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection

· Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

· Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately

· Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

· Provide excellent customer service

Automotive BDC Manager Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 Years BDC Experience required

· Experience handling in/outbound calls

· Will be on the phone and computer all day.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Strong organization and time management skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Thrive in fast paced environment

· Ability to work well independently

· Strong PC and Internet Skills

· Strong Objection Handling Skills

· Be able to create urgency and same day appts.

· Train and work with all BDC reps

· Listen / Monitor all calls that are happening in the BDC Daily
