David Pacheco has worked in the automotive business for over 20 years. He started from the ground up, working as an automotive technician and worked his way up to Service Advisor, Quick Lane Manager and eventually Service Manager. For the last 5 Years he was employed by Ford Motor Co. Corporate as a Customer Retention Trainer and Market Area Manager. He chose to come back into the Retail business and now joins Empire Ford as our Service and Parts Director. In his spare time he enjoys building and racing race cars. He is also fluent in Portuguese which will serve as an asset to our company!
